Classic Africa Safaris Uganda has just been advised that The Minister of Foreign Affairs announcement on Friday, Jun 11, 2021, was inaccurate. All fully vaccinated, card-carrying, asymptomatic Category 2 arrivals (UK and USA included) will not be tested on arrival into EBB. Friday’s announcement can be disregarded. Please bear in mind that this is a government-run system/protocol and, of course, we do not have control nor can we guarantee anything upon arrival, but we have indeed been advised that for those qualifying pax testing on arrival will be waived. Our recent arrivals over last weekend and this week who meet these requirements have NOT been tested on arrival and proceeded straight to the CAS M&G transfer and on to their hotel.
